Today, between showers, we put into practice what we learned yesterday about growing good tomatoes. What you see behind Marlene are trellis's and a couple of tomato cages wrapped in plastic. The plastic will hold in the heat until we are sure the frost possibility is passed. The trellis's will hold the growing plants in a vertical alignment so the vines and fruit will be kept off the ground. We'll keep you posted on how this all works out.
